TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Referral credits may be accumulated through unlimited successful referrals. However, credits earned from each individual referral are valid for 60 days from the date of the referee’s completed and paid visit. (Please note: The referee must be a first-time customer. Referrals will be deemed unsuccessful if the referee has previously registered with us.) - The referral credit is valid only for the referee’s first visit and may not be reused. - Valid at all outlets. - Not valid on weekends and public holidays. - By appointment only. - Applicable to all hair services and products, excluding fringe cuts and wash & blow services. No minimum spend is required. Product redemption is only permitted when hair services are rendered in the same visit and reflected on a single receipt. - Not valid for customers aged 16 years and below. - This referral credit entitles the referee to one (1) service/product only. - Valid only for Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and foreigners holding a valid work pass or long-term visit pass in Singapore. - A local mobile number must be provided to be eligible for this referral program. - First-time referees are required to provide their full name, email address, local mobile number, and the last four digits of their identification document during their visit. - Referral credits are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. - The issuance and redemption of this referral program are subject to the sole discretion of 99 Percent Hair Studio. Any form of misuse or deceit will result in forfeiture of the credit. - In the event of any dispute, the decision of 99 Percent Hair Studio shall be final. - 99 Percent Hair Studio reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate this promotion and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or liability.
